Machine is being put out of service, random issues under Win 7 x64 such as turning back on after shut down and hanging without explanation or log entry.

3/23/2014
Full Rebuild to Windows 8.1 x64 to get rid of lingering update issues.
Removed PCI-E wireless card, to remove conflict with USB N66 Antenna.
Readded to Domain. 
Reinstalled all software.

Backed up Old Drive/Box/Dropbox data to Dr.'s HTPC
