This computer runs a licenced version of File Center to manage scanning and document organisation. It runs right on top of Windows' file system to avoid compatibility issues.
Has a weird quirk in the network connectivity. The wired connection in the office that goes over to the clinical side uses very low quality pre-existing cables which have a tendancy to lose connection seemingly randomly. If the office has internet connectivity and this one does not, wiggle the ethernet cables running from the computer to switch in the adjacent closet, to the kitchen in the research suite which the cable is there labled clinical internet, it's the top forward plug on the switches. This typically fixes the issue.
