Welcome to the Institute for Behavioral Medicine. This quick run through will explain how to get connected successfully, remember, you can be proactive and take care of these steps before you even step foot on site! 

IFBM offers 80Mbps connection speeds to our guests which is many times faster than a cellular modem. To enable this we employ networking hardware which can interfere with VPNs and secured data sessions. If you need to connect to your workplace, follow the instructions below to get in contact with our IT Provider to add an exception to our network for your device. 
 
1) Call, Text, or E-Mail our IT Provider Chris Hoffecker (Contact Info Below) and let him know that you are a professional guest of IFBM interested in accessing the network. He will need the following information: 
   a. Your Name 
   b. Whether you want a Wired or Wireless Connection. (They’re both equally fast) 
   c. The corresponding MAC Address of that connection. (To tell the network who you are) 
      i. If you don’t know your MAC Address, see: tinyurl.com/IFBMMAC 

2) Connect to the Network 
   a. For a Wireless Connection: 
      i. Connect to SSID “IFBM Pro Guest” the password is “ifbmaccess” (no quotes) 
         1. This network is isolated from our intranet and our visitors network to keep you secure. 
   b. For a Wired Connection just plug in to any network port in the office. 

3) That’s it! Now you can get your work done without having to wait on slow internet. Enjoy!
